Dear reader,

My name is Rasha, and I’ve been keeping, and occasionally shredding, diaries since I was seven years old.

I’m hoping this quiet corner of the internet becomes more than another collection of words tucked away under a mattress. If even one entry reaches one person, offers comfort, sparks a thought, or simply makes them feel less alone, then it has done its job.

You’ll probably find typos or awkward sentences here and there. I rarely reread what I write. Most posts are born sometime after midnight, written in bed, in one uninterrupted stream of thought before the feeling disappears.

If weeks or months pass between entries, it’s not because I have nothing to say. It’s because I’ve once again lost, and hopefully found, my way through writer’s block.

Faithfully yours,

Rasha
